The only effects of GP Sust 270 will be from the parent hormone – testosterone. Due to GP Sust 270 being a short and long acting estered version of testosterone, its effects will become apparent fairly quickly.

During the first week of using GP Sust 270 your libido (sex drive) should increase and then it will take a good four to five weeks for plasma levels of testosterone to build and “kick in”.

GP Sust 270 only remains active for 2-3 days and then tapers off ending its burst of 30 mg testosterone. Due to this, it is often suggested that you administer GP Sust 270 at least every other day, but this is incorrect.

GP Sust 270 also contains long acting esters, which simply means they release their testosterone amount far slower than the short esters (propionate and phenylpropionate). These long acting esters are (isocarpoate and deconoate) remain active for up to 21 days.
